About This Series
The Haves & Wants Meeting, led by Joe Thompson, is Atlanta REIA’s weekly real estate investor brainstorming, networking, and deal-making meeting. Investors come together to share what they have, explain what they want, brainstorm solutions, make connections, and potentially put deals together.
What to Expect
- Share properties, resources, skills, and opportunities you have
- Explain what you need to move a deal or investing goal forward
- Brainstorm solutions with other real estate investors
- Build practical relationships and make useful connections
Meeting Schedule
Every Thursday except major holidays, from 1:30 PM until approximately 3:30 PM.

Attendance
There is no charge to attend and advance registration is not required. Attendees are asked to order food or drinks from the menu and tip their server generously.
