The Program
About This Series
The Beginning Investors Group (BIG), led by Derek Caffe, offers practical education and networking for new investors and “new again” investors returning to real estate. Its purpose is to help developing investors build knowledge, confidence, connections, and momentum toward their first or next deal.
What to Expect
- Practical education from active investors and real estate professionals
- Networking with investors and service providers
- Opportunities to discuss deals, questions, haves, wants, and needs
- A monthly topic or guest presentation announced for each dated Event
Meeting Schedule
BIG meets on the third Monday of each month from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
Attendance
Atlanta REIA members attend at no charge. Guests may register online for $15 or pay $20 at the door. BIG is a dinner group; attendees are asked to purchase dinner and/or drinks from Hudson Grille in appreciation for use of the meeting space.
